Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), and we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. International orders are accepted with all charges processed in AUD.
3. Booking Appointments
Appointment times are scheduled in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). If you are an international client, please ensure you convert the time appropriately. All appointments must be booked in advance through our website.

BOOKING, REFUND & CANCELLATIONS

Booking Policy
Clients can book appointments online through our website.
Felicity De Carlo requires a $50 deposit to secure your booking and must be booked with at least 3 days' notice.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice.
For products, refunds will be granted for faulty or defective items with proof of item defect or fault.
Partial refunds may be issued depending on specific circumstances and timeframes for service cancellations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booking.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will be managed on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, a late fee may apply, or the appointment may be cancelled with forfeiture of any deposits.
